Running Coaching
I consider myself lucky to have learnt and experienced so much through ultra running and I want to share that with others through personalised training plans and coaching.
I have experience in a variety of races in varied duration, terrain, distance, size and temperature. Whether you need help planning for a desert race or just a marathon, I would love to help you get there.
TRAINING PLAN
I have always been a true believer of working hard to achieve results and my way of doing this is through a detailed training plan. I can help you build a personalised plan, specific to only you, based on your goals and experience.
HOW IT WORKS
1. An initial free consultation call to discuss experience and goals
2. If you would like to confirm me as your coach, there will be a follow up consultation to assess your goals and requirements in greater detail, scope out our ways of working and agree on a timeline
3. I will create your weekly training plan
4. Ongoing support and feedback throughout the duration of the plan on your training, kit and nutrition
